For this style of aluminum case, the profile is right-angled. According to the weight of inner products and the dimension of the case, we could choose different size of profile for you. We have four different width of profile: 8 MM, 14 MM, 22 MM, 30 MM.

For this aluminum tool case, the profile is 14 MM. It is stronger than 8 MM profile and cheaper than 22 MM profile.
If the dimension of case is not too much big, this profile is strong enough for most of products. To make it stronger, we usually add rivet or metal strip in the middle of frame. Then the panel of case could fit frame better. When we put heavy product into the case, the shape of case will not be changed.
