Custom aluminum case
We usually have two styles of custom aluminum cases: one is usual aluminum case, the frame is aluminum and panel is MDF+ABS or aluminum. Another one is pure aluminum case, nearly all the parts of case is aluminum. For usual aluminum case, they are more flexible. If you need custom aluminum case, we do not need to change the mould, we just need to confirm which aluminum frame meets your requirements better. For PA-001, it has aluminum frame and color could be changed easily. If you need the same dimension of case, 1, you will not pay for the charge of mold. 2, and you could choose the thickness of aluminum panel. 3, the inner lining, you could choose and decide.

For PA-002, it has no aluminum frame and color could not be changed. But it is welded by aluminum bar. If you need same inner dimension, 1, you will not pay for the charge of mold. 2, and you could choose the thickness of panel and inner lining.
This case is customed cosmetic case. We design it for a brazil customer. You will notice that there is a metal plate in the case. We could engrave different style logo for customers. If you want to add your logo into the case, please feel free to contact us.
